Boot Düsseldorf

Wally-like from Greifswald Heralded with an impressive fanfare one year ago, the Fjord 39 – the first motor yacht manufactured by Yachtzentrum Greifswald (Germany) that makes the Hanse sailing yachts – is now celebrating its Düsseldorf premiere. The 11.99m long cabin boat was designed by Patrick Banfield who was also a major contributor in the development of the futuristic Wally’s Hand. The clear design contours are instantly recognisable. The minimalistic interior was penned by Mark Tucker. The craft is controlled from inside the saloon in which the U-sofa and galley offer both comfort and convenience. Located forward are two cabins for the owner and guests, while an external seating arrangement is provided aft in the cockpit under a hard top. Two engines rated at 250 HPmetric (2x184kW) are said to generate speeds of up to 30 kn (56 km/h).
